Universal Undercoat

  • Promac Universal Undercoat is a solvent based high quality undercoat that may be used over a wide range of primers to improve the adhesion and bonding between the primer and top coat or between a solvent and water based top coat. It improves hiding properties of the paint system, while providing a sandable surface to ensure a quality finish.

    • Lead content, less than 90 ppm

    • High hiding

    • Excellent adhesion properties

    • Excellent flow and ease of sanding

    • Overcoatable with a wide range of water and solvent based Promac top coats

  • This product will cover approximately 8 - 10 m² per litre per coat depending on the type of substrate, surface porosity and application method.

  • Apply this product with a quality brush, roller or spray equipment to both smooth and rough surfaces in a well ventilated area.

  • Clean all tools (brushes, rollers or spray equipment) while wet with water or the relevant solvent after use.
