  • This product will cover approximately 1 - 3 m² per litre per coat depending on the type of substrate, surface porosity and application method.

  • Prime the surface with the suitable primer product as suggested in SURFACE PREPARATION. Allow to dry.

    STEP 1 - FIRST COAT
Apply one undiluted coat of Promac Rubber Duck Super Cold RBE at a rate of 1 - 3 m² / litre . Allow drying for 4 hours before recoating. If used in conjunction with a membrane do not allow to dry and embed the membrane whilst first coat is still wet.

STEP 2 - BEDDING (JOINTS, PONDS, DAMS & WATER FEATURES)
Thoroughly work the non-woven polyester fabric (waterproofing membrane) firmly into the still wet first coat to obtain maximum saturation from below, smooth out all air pockets and creases. Ensure a minimum of 50 mm overlap on the adjoining lengths of the membrane. Allow to dry until tacky before applying the saturation coat.

    STEP 3 - SATURATION
Apply a saturation coat of Promac Rubber Duck Super Cold RBE at a rate of 1 - 3 m² / litre to completely obliterate the weave and pattern of the membrane. Allow to dry for 4 hours before recoating.

    STEP 4 - FINISHING
Apply a final coat of Promac Rubber Duck Super Cold RBE at a rate of 1 - 3 m² / litre. Allow the finishing coat to dry for 12 hours before overcoating or 7 days before water exposure. If exposed to UV, Promac Rubber Duck Super Cold RBE must be overcoated with a suitable Promac top coat.

  • Do not allow the product to dry on equipment. Equipment is readily cleaned using water. (Some detergent may be added to water to facilitate clean up).
