Nudek Primer & Sealer

Promac Rubber Duck Nudek Primer & Sealer is a single component polyurethane, moisture cured coating, with exceptional toughness, flexibility and water repellence. Use as a primer, intermediate coating or as a sealer coating for concrete floors or damp-proofing systems.

• May be applied to damp surfaces (60 % moisture maximum)

• Forms a water-resistant primer coat

• Compatible with many different coating types

• Applicable to less accessible locations, moulds to sharp & intricate contours

• Lead content, less than 90 ppm

Approximately 8 - 14 m² / litre per coat depending on surface porosity, profile and application method.

Smooth surfaces: Approximately 10 - 14 m²

Rough or porous surfaces: Approximately 8 - 12 m²

Decant the required quantity into a suitable container.

Ensure the original container is tightly sealed.

Do not pour back unused product into the original container, as this will contaminate the product.

Apply this product with a quality brush, roller or airless spray equipment to both smooth and rough surfaces in a well ventilated area. Apply one undiluted coat to prepared smooth surfaces and two undiluted coats to prepared rough surfaces.Refer to the SPREADING RATE heading for more information.

Allow drying for 1-1:30 hours @ 23°C between coats or overcoating.

NOTE: All additional products advised for use during surface preparation must be used and applied in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.

Clean all tools (brushes, rollers and airless spray equipment) while wet with xylene after use.
