Rubber Duck Cement Slurry: Two component system

Promac Rubber Duck Cement Slurry Kit is a fibre reinforced two component system, formulated cement powder and specialised polymer. When mixed renders a durable waterproof and flexible skin onto concrete, plaster and brick surfaces. Serves as an ideal primer and key to enhance adhesion between new and old cement surfaces. Improves strength, flexibility, reduces water penetration and imparts resistance to cracking. Forms a water-resistant barrier and key coat.

Apply at 1.0 kg per m² / coat for horizontal and vertical surfaces.

• Dampen the surface thoroughly with clean water before applying the first coat.

• Apply to the prepared substrate using a broom, block brush, large paint brush, trowel or spray.

• Apply at least two coats. The first coat in one direction and the second in a direction perpendicular to the first coat.

• Apply coating at approximately 2 mm to ensure that full coverage of the substrate is always achieved.

• Allow 4 – 6 hours drying time between coats.

Do not allow the product to dry on equipment. Equipment is readily cleaned using water.

(Some detergent may be added to water to facilitate clean up).
