Promac Design 4-in-1: Matt coating system

Promac Design Coating System is a 4-in-1 modified acrylic sealer, primer, waterproofer and topcoat coating system for interior and exterior surfaces. It can also be used for waterproofing of plastered exterior parapets & cappings in conjunction with a reinforcing Geo membrane (Bidim). This acrylic paint can be used in all regions of South Africa and Africa for all types of occupancy classifications (SANS 10400: Table 1 of Regulations A (20 (1)).

Depending on the type of substrate and the surface porosity (walls), this product will cover approximately 3 - 5 m² per litre per coat.

Apply this product with a quality paint brush or roller on smooth / rough / coarse surfaces.

APPLICATION TO WALLS:

Apply undiluted to prepared surface at 3-5m2 / litre per coat to achieve a uniform finish. For 2 or more coats allow a drying time of 4 hours between coats.

WATERPROOFING PARAPETS, PARAPET JOINTS & CAPPINGS:

Embed reinforcing Geo membrane (Bidim) into the first coat and saturate while still wet, with a fresh coating. This increases the film strength over joints. Allow to dry for 4 to 6 hours between coats. Apply 2 additional coats as described above to complete the system.

Clean all tools (brushes & rollers) while wet with water after use.
