Architrade Pro Clad High Build

Architrade Pro Clad high Build is a premium fibre reinforced topcoat with waterproofing properties. it is specially formulated with increased waterproofing properties in order to withstand environments with high levels of moisture. it is an excellent decorative coating with low dirt retention exceptional hiding power and strong performance in high moisture areas. pro clad high build is suited for both interior and exterior walls and is ideal for either new or redecoration works.

Architrade Pro Clad High Build will cover approximately 4 – 6m² per litre for a single coat. This value can change drastically depending on substate material, surface porosity and application methods.
Apply a minimum of two coats of Architrade Pro Clad high Build with a quality brush or water-based roller to both smooth and rough surfaces in a well-ventilated area. spraying is not recommended due to fibres in the product which could clog spraying apparatus. Allow for 6 to 8 hours drying time between coats.
Wet film thickness (wft) per coat: 160 – 250μm
Dry film thickness (dft) per coat: 65 – 100μm
Clean all tools while wet with clean water after use. If paint has dried clean with use of promac brush cleaner.
